What is the exchange policy?
We offer exchange only in cases where an item arrives damaged or there has been a mistake on our part — not due to customer preferences or sizing issues. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please inform our team within 1 to 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a exchange.
